Tides Family Services’ Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) provide Rhode Island families with rapid, on‑the‑ground crisis intervention and holistic support. Available 24/7, MRSS teams of master’s‑level clinicians, behavioral assistants, and peer support specialists step into homes and communities to stabilize acute situations, assess underlying needs, and connect families to lasting resources.

The intent is to prevent a child from going to Hasbro Children's Hospital or Bradley Hospital and instead use this service."
